Very bad Lagging sending orders, cancelling, and exiting orders
Tour app lags very bad when placing orders sometimes. It will literally kick me out after I have sent in an order and I try to restart and it cannot go past the orders thing that it loads before going into the chart. The order system has lost me a few accounts because of this order lagging problem. Even when I am on the chart. A lot of times I try to exit a trade and it will not exit just get the pop up that order is trying to go through but it takes sometimes a minute or two. That is crazy because like I said before, I have lost a few accounts because I couldnt exit or because the app kicked me out and I couldnt get back in. I hope you guys can fix this issue because trading on a platform that doesn not react to the entry exit buttons immediately is detrimental to anyones trading and any good trader will not use a platform like that. The other issue with this lagging of the order system is that sometimes I would be able to finally get out of the trade but my stops and take profits would not go away and before it would start working again, my account was blown because since my order was no longer in the system, price hit my stops and entered a new trade that I did not want and because of the extreme lagging. I have many trader friends that stopped using your guys app because of this problem with the orders. Sad to say I have to stop using your platform and inform my friends to not use your platform either until a time when you guys can fix this problem with the extreme lagging of the order system.

Preserve Stop-Loss Price Line When Switching Draft Orders from Limit/Stop to Market
Hi, when setting up orders in draft mode, I want the stop-loss price line placed in the Limit/Stop order to remain unchanged when switching to a market order. Currently, the stop-loss price line changes as soon as I switch to a market order. This feature is very useful. Taking a long position as an example, I usually place my stop-loss at a significant low point, and then I wait for the current candlestick to close and place a buy stop order at its highest point. However, sometimes the candlestick continues to make new highs until the very last moment before the close, at which point I have to switch to a market entry. However, as mentioned before, the stop-loss price line changes after the switch.
Layouts
make that when you switch layouts your setiing like timezones ect wont change. Also future that will allow you to switch timeframes on both layouts at the smae time would be cool
Save templates for drawing tools (e.g. Fibonacci, Support/Resistance)
I want to be able to save custom templates/presets for drawing tools like Fibonacci and support/resistance lines so that I don't have to manually configure them every time, which makes the drawing process much faster and easier.
Tradovate/CQG Data Feed Support — Trade Lucid, Topstep & Other CQG Prop Firms on TradingThings
thousands of prop firm traders are stuck on Tradovate's outdated interface or NinjaTrader's clunky desktop app because there is no modern, web-based platform that supports CQG. TradingThings already nails this for Rithmic — clean UI, real-time P&L tracking, TradingView charts, automated journaling — but CQG traders have zero options like this. Since ProjectX went Topstep-exclusive in February 2026, every other prop firm (Lucid Trading, Take Profit Trader, Tradeify, etc.) migrated their CQG traders to Tradovate or NinjaTrader. Those platforms don't show real-time account performance the way ProjectX did, and there's nothing in the CQG ecosystem filling that gap. Adding CQG connectivity would make TradingThings the only modern web-based platform for CQG traders — no competition whatsoever. The demand is there: Lucid alone runs CQG accounts through Tradovate and NinjaTrader, and traders are actively looking for a better frontend.

Thank you for sending me the link now i have a recommendation for you and that is that it should save all Trading accounts on the tradingthings account so if i login with a new computer all i have to do is login to tradingthings with all my accounts saved
Automation of locking risk settings everyday at 00:00
So, usually i lock my risk settings everyday at 00:00. I found thats the best way to keep all my trading accounts alive and keep making profits without blowing them. I don't usually forget to do that, but on a few occasions i did forget which resulted in blowing my trading accounts. I would find it really helpful, and i think many other people would too, if i could automate the locking of my risk settings every day via Cloud servers. A simple API interface that lets a developer send a request which locks the risk settings for the whole day would be a dream. This could be in return automated via cron job for an example.
Volume profile, footprint and other orderflow features
Ability to have session volume profile like sierra chart and other orderflow software with real tick by tick data not like tradingview. Footprint chart to see delta, bidask Bar statistics like, volume, delta etc like quantower This will knock all competitors out.
Linking Tradovate and Rithmic via TradingView
I would love to see a native TradingView integration on TradingThings.io. This would allow users to leverage their purchased TradingView indicators and real-time market data while using your platform for copy trading. Specifically, it would be incredible to pair my Tradovate account (via My Funded Futures) directly with my Rithmic accounts to streamline the entire process.
Calendar Daily PNL options
could we maybe have an option in the calendar to include the previous days trades if they were taken during globex/asia hours. for example. If I take a trade on sunday open it logs in my calendar as I traded for sunday but could you add like a toggle that makes previous night session be included in the next days date, so the sunday trades would actually be logged under monday. (only week days would be counted and overnight sessions pnl would be counted towards the next day on the calendar)

User trading data records export in .csv format is common feature of modern trading platforms vital for analysis. Accessible form somewhere in log window would be perfect.

I like the trade copier. I think it’s functionality is very sophisticated. I would like to know if it’s possible to also see the balance of each follower account on in copier menu?
