Journal not showing all of the trades

I have refreshed the platform and yet many of the trades are not shown in the journal (either under Today’s trades or under the calendar). Some trades only show partial positions (i.e. just the entry but no exits). Some days in the past show either partial positions or entire trades skipped. These trades are all showing up on my prop firm page as well as my balance, but just don’t show up in the journal.

    @User Theres currently a problem with the journal sync, it will be fixed asap.

    For a quick fix: Go to the settings of the journal and delete your trades. After that, login to the platform again and let the sync finish without any interruption. Your trades should show correctly then.
