Journal not showing all of the trades

I have refreshed the platform and yet many of the trades are not shown in the journal (either under Today’s trades or under the calendar). Some trades only show partial positions (i.e. just the entry but no exits). Some days in the past show either partial positions or entire trades skipped. These trades are all showing up on my prop firm page as well as my balance, but just don’t show up in the journal.
