Bulenox: Not able to load any chart data

i have no trouble with apex, but bulenox on either chicago or frankfort servers are not rendering charts with candles. it says ‘no data’ and i see this message. i ran into this earlier today and eventually it was ok. tonight i have tried a few times for past 3 hours.

    Issue has been solved. You can now also use the recommended Frankfurt gateway on Bulenox accounts.

    @User Hey, for Bulenox accounts please use the Chicago gateway. You might need to refresh the page a few times before the data loads successfully, it’s a Bulenox specific issue and we’re currently looking into it in cooperation with Rithmic.
