Bulenox: Not able to load any chart data

i have no trouble with apex, but bulenox on either chicago or frankfort servers are not rendering charts with candles. it says ‘no data’ and i see this message. i ran into this earlier today and eventually it was ok. tonight i have tried a few times for past 3 hours.
