Manual exits of multi contract position (Auto update SL & TP when scaling in and out of positions)

Often times I enter with multiple contracts and I want the SL to be grouped but have the ability to take trims on my position as I see fit.

When I attempt this currently, it doesn't reduce the SL contract amount or the TP contract amount..for e.g. if I open 5 contract long, with a pre-set bracket order, I want to be able to take trims along the way without having to worry that my SL gets triggered and I'm suddenly short

    AUTO UPDTE SL

    When I enter a trade and take partials the stop loss does not reflect the contracts taken off. It would be great to have that happen. For example - you enter a trade with 10 contracts and take 5 the stop loss still shows 10 contracts and if hit puts you in a trade the opposite direction. Would be great to have it auto update rather than have to do it manually

    Automatic update of TP/SL quantity when scaling out of a position

    On ProjectX, when I am in a trade, set the TP/SL, and I adjust the sizing during the trade (i.e. sell a few contracts), my TP/SL sizing would change with it. On Tradingthings, the TP/SL size is fixed. For example, if I bought 10 contracts, set the TP/SL, and manually sold 5 contracts, my TP/SL would still show 10 contracts. Chat bot confirms so. This is a huge issue unless there’s a set up I am not aware

      @cloneofmjy Hey, you can reduce the contract size of the TP & SL order by clicking on the quantity of the TP / SL line. It opens a modal where you can then reduce the contract size. Bracket orders currently only support decreasing the quantity though, if you try to increase Rithmic rejects it.

      If you use the “Normal” order strategy instead of brackets you can increase and decrease the quantity of your SL & TP.

    If you use the “Normal” order strategy instead of brackets you can increase and decrease the quantity of your SL & TP without any issues.

    This is most needed feature. Do implement this asap, it will be really helpful!
