Just search for VWAP and select "VWAP with Standard Deviation Bands | tradingthings" (On lower timeframes, make sure to scroll to the left to load all of the session data so the VWAP calculates correctly)

You could do this manually with the built-in Anchored VWAP, where you can add deviation bands. But you have to do it every session again

VWAP Deviation Bands have been added.
